THE INTRODUCTION

We start by getting to know you, your needs and your requirements. Here we assess your incomings and outgoings, setting an agreeable budget.

PRODUCT MATCH

We work and source the mortgage from a comprehensive panel of lenders to find the right lender and product for you.

LENDER AGREEMENT

Next up we provide you with an agreement in principle from the lender and then submit the mortgage application for you.

COMPLETION TIME

Finally, we complete the relevant paperwork and guide you through the remainder of the process until completion.
